BVOP Senior Scrum Master (BVOSM)
We start with this Scrum certification program as BVOP is the most innovative and yet the most attractive program for the entire Agile society.
The organization created its BVOP Ultimate Guide about 3 years ago. The difference is the in-depth skills in both project management and many Agile methods such as Lean, MVP, and Kaizen. Candidates for the BVOP Certified Senior Scrum Master (BVOSM) must have a broad understanding of Scrum, Project Management, Lean, and Kaizen.
This makes BVOP certified professionals valuable employees with multiple skills and excellent experience. Create an account on BVOP.org
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) ®
The PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) ® certification is the most sought after certification by the Project Management Institute. It is also among the most popular Agile certifications, as it testifies to the practical experience and way of thinking that modern organizations are looking for. The certification ensures familiarity with the whole cycle of understanding and applying Agile practices first hand – from the origins of Agile frameworks through various approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, eXtreme Programming, planning and conducting a complete agile project/product, Agile roles, and continuous improvement.
Instead of demonstrating a narrow specialization in a specific Agile role, this certification ensures that you are an Agile practitioner. However, the PMI-ACP® certification is also more demanding than others. Although the Scrum Master Trends 2019 report lists Professional Scrum Master ™ I as the most common among the participants in the study, PMI-ACP® is known for requiring you to prove not only your Agile skills but also your theoretical knowledge and practical your experience. With the growing demand for Agile professionals and digital knowledge and skills, the role of Scrum Master is becoming more and more recognizable. Recent studies among many organizations show that more than 80% of Scrum Masters practitioners have at least one certification. Among the most recognized Scrum Master certifications are:
Professional Scrum Master level I (PSM I) certification is the ideal starting point. PSM I is offered by Scrum.org, one of Agile’s most trusted knowledge bases in the world, started by one of Scrum’s co-founders, Ken Schwaber. The certification is suitable for those who want to demonstrate and confirm the depth of their knowledge in the framework of Scrum. Successful certification with PSM I will prove that you know Scrum at a basic level.
Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification ensures that you have a fundamental knowledge of Scrum and an understanding of team roles, events, and artifacts. CSM is one of the most recognized pathways to the role of a servant leader and the protection of the development team from both internal and external influences and obstacles. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Product Owner (POPM), and SAFe Scrum Master (SM) are part of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), the market leader in scaled agile. SAFe-certified professionals are recognized worldwide for their ability to help organizations successfully transition to Lean-Agile. Role-based SAFe certifications focus not only on agile scaling but also demonstrate that certified professionals have a basic understanding of agile thinking, practices, and roles. Also, the certified SAFe practitioner understands how to maintain and implement software and products that bring added value and undergo continuous improvement.

We know that when done right, Scrum can deliver incredible results. And we know what this approach is and how to apply it to your company.

What is the difference between Agile Scrum Master from Exin and certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance and which certificate is better?
Anyone who knows some Scrum certifications would assume that the CSM from the Scrum Alliance is more popular than the ASM from Exin. In terms of content covered and quality of trainers, there is much less data on ASM to make a comparison. People will recommend CSM from the Scrum Alliance based on existing knowledge and awareness.
However, if you are open to other popular certification bodies, you may want to check SCRUMstudy certificates, the equivalent certification you are looking for is Scrum Master Certification (SMC). You can view the details here
CSM from ScrumAlliance existed before any other similar certificates. Almost everyone who has anything to do with Agile software development has at least heard and known something about CSM. Given which certificate is better, these are my general observations:
No certificate is better than your own practical experience. Sometimes the certification just checks and validates it.
Go with the wisdom of the crowd. For example, if most professionals lean toward CSM (or PSM from scrum [dot] org), there must be a reason for this.

Mark Schwartz, lecturer
I have over 10 years of experience in an Agile environment with clients from the USA to Hong Kong. In 2017, he spent over 1000 hours working with teams of such companies as BNP Paribas Group, FUIB, Roche, WorkFusion, Visa, DTEK in the context of strategic organizational changes.
Many, but still on the case
I have been using Scrum since 2008. It was during that crisis period that I first saw that the future belongs to Agile approaches to management. Since then, I have come a long way in comprehending modern methods of managing teams and organizations.
In 2011, he began working in a large outsourcing company, where he was one of the main adherents of Scrum. For 6 years, I have conducted more than 30 projects using best practices with Agile.
In 2015, one of the first professionals start using Agile practices in non-IT, the first client was one of the largest banks in the world For the 2nd year now, we have been working together in the context of strategic Agile transformation. Since then, I have been one of the key experts in terms of Agile approaches in financial companies.
I am a big fan of Large Scaled Scrum as a tool for building Agile organizations. Today I am successfully building it in 3 different IT and non-IT companies.

QUESTION: What preparation is needed for learning?
ANSWER: ICP Agile is a basic course “from scratch”, no preparation is required.
Evolution and formation of Agile:
How companies came to the need for agile methodologies – history of the approach. How Henry Ford’s pipeline approach from “cogs instead of people” evolved to the standard Waterfall, where one or more people could think through the entire product development process from start to finish. Why Waterfall failed to cope with new challenges, with the acceleration of the world, companies entered the era of product teams, and David Sutherland introduced a new framework – Scrum. The effectiveness of the approach was assessed not only in IT companies, but also used for the US Army, FBI, and in the system of government communications;
Manifesto and Agile principles, how to apply them. Which means not just “working in Agile, but also“ being Agile ”.
People and their interactions:
Thinking and Cultural Transformation;
Effective teamwork organization and leadership in Agile;
Assessment of individual work based on feedback;
Methods of dealing with competition within the team;
Roles, principles, artifacts, and tools in Scrum and Kanban;
Models of how people assimilate knowledge and learn;
Effective practices of team interaction and collaboration.
Product development with a focus on business value (profitability, obtaining new information, new customers, etc.);
Value supply stream management – i.e. how to optimize your system for a specific business task and your business context;
Concept of lead time, losses, and project value;
Built-in quality, engineering practices, and continuous delivery.
After completing the training, participants:
Will study the full concept of the Agile approach, will be able to understand Agile both in the style of thinking (mindset) and as in the general approach to the organization of development processes;
They will learn to find out whether the system of cooperation between people in their project has been built with sufficient quality, to improve the quality of cooperation by simple means, to monitor the continuity of delivery of business value to the customer;
Systematize knowledge of the basic principles of agile development from the beginning of a project to the release and support of a working product;
Get acquainted with the basic modern methodologies of software and product development;
Receive an international ICAgile certificate, which is recognized in all countries and guarantees the quality and standardization of knowledge in your team;
After obtaining this basic level of knowledge, they will be able to consciously and productively choose their further path of development along any of the training tracks and reach the next levels of proficiency accredited by ICAgile.
